I’ve found a sweet, quiet way to gently wake the sleeping synapses each morning. It’s a daily shot of Sudoku to accompany the pot of plunger coffee that starts my day. If I can get two games in a row right first time, I know I’m ready for anything. I then know my attention is standing at the ready; not a bad thing given the alertness these days require.
