Nature’s Play Gym
It’s true what they say … there’s more inspiration to be had in getting up close with nature than can ever be had sitting at a keyboard.
I spent a wonderful afternoon today in a city park on the Brisbane River. New Farm Park is filled with wonderful tropical trees, a gorgeous rose garden, and all manner of open spaces, as well as secret corners like the kids’ playground … a grove of almost extra-terrestrial, living beings – these trees.
I wished I’d been 8 again.
